Return & Refund Policy

REFUNDS AND RETURNS 
  • Costumer has 14 days to inform us if she/he wants to return the product
  • if the product is defected we don't charge any additional shipping costs, there is possibility for refund or exchange
  • in case of changing the size of the product return shipping fee is a costumer cost, and the cost of the new product shipping fee is ours
  • costumer has option to change the product personally only in our flagship store 
  • if the product is defected by external objects or wrongly washed (bags etc) we don't offer refund or repair

1. I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE?
Unfortunately, We do not issue refunds if the order has already been SHIPPED. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can contact our fulfillment team to cancel your order and refund your money! 
 
2. THERE ARE DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?
If there are defects in the product, please inform us within 10 DAYS OF RECEIVING. In that case, we would be happy to help find resolution for the issue!
 
3. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A LARGER OR SMALLER SIZE?
